Every SiteRegulatory record carries a tenantId so that piper can enforce strict multi-tenant data isolation. When you query regulatory records, only those belonging to your organization's tenantId are returned. This prevents one consulting firm's regulatory program data from ever appearing in another firm's account, even if they monitor overlapping sites.
