Each user's access to a site is governed by their SiteRole. A Viewer can read sampling data and reports but cannot make changes. An Editor can enter field measurements, upload lab results, and edit site details. An Admin can manage site membership, configure threshold sets, and control regulatory settings. Assigning the right role ensures that sensitive compliance data is only modified by authorized personnel.
