Site Access Tenant ID

tenantId on a TenantSiteAccess specifies the organization that receives the access grant — not the organization that owns the site. This distinction matters when a consulting firm needs read access to a client's site data, or when a regulatory agency is granted view-only access. The accessLevel determines what the tenant identified by tenantId can do with the site's data once access is granted.
