The name on a User appears in audit entries, chain-of-custody records, and report approval histories — anywhere the system needs to show which person took an action. Because it comes from the Suite account profile, users update their name in Suite rather than in piper directly. Accurate names are important for regulatory audit trails that require identifiable responsible parties.
