Seal Bottom Depth

`WellConstruction.sealBottom` marks the deepest point of the annular seal, which should sit just above the filterPackTop to keep the seal and filter pack from mixing.

The sealBottom in WellConstruction defines where the bentonite or grout seal terminates at depth. It must be positioned at or just above filterPackTop to ensure there is no gap between the seal and the gravel pack. If sealBottom is deeper than filterPackTop, the two materials overlap and the gravel pack may be partially blocked. Conversely, if sealBottom is much shallower than filterPackTop, an unsealed zone exists adjacent to the screen — a common construction defect flagged during well integrity assessments.
