Audit Log Entry Field Name

The `fieldName` on an AuditLogEntry records which specific field was changed, for entries that capture a field-level edit.

Some audit entries describe a whole action, like creating or deleting a record. Others capture a single field changing — and for those, fieldName says exactly which field it was, such as "status" or "condition". Paired with oldValue and newValue, it gives you a precise before-and-after picture: this field went from this to that. It is optional because not every logged action is a field edit; a CREATE or VIEW has no single field to name. When it is present, it turns a vague "something changed" into a specific, reviewable diff.
