The CaseEvent.actorUserId field holds the actor user reference for a CaseEvent record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each CaseEvent, and staff see and set it wherever CaseEvent records are managed. Keeping actorUserId accurate matters because the CaseEvent is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
