The CaseEvent.documentId field holds the document reference for a CaseEvent record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each CaseEvent, and staff see and set it wherever CaseEvent records are managed. Keeping documentId accurate matters because the CaseEvent is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
