The CaseEvent.tenantId field holds the tenant reference for a CaseEvent record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each CaseEvent, and staff see and set it wherever CaseEvent records are managed. Keeping tenantId accurate matters because the CaseEvent is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
