The Payment.amountCents field holds the amount amount in cents for a Payment record in Locker. It is a whole number stored on each Payment, and staff see and set it wherever Payment records are managed. Keeping amountCents accurate matters because the Payment is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
