The Payment.receivedAt field holds the received at for a Payment record in Locker. It is a date and time stored on each Payment, and staff see and set it wherever Payment records are managed. Keeping receivedAt accurate matters because the Payment is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
