The Payment.tenantId field holds the tenant reference for a Payment record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each Payment, and staff see and set it wherever Payment records are managed. Keeping tenantId accurate matters because the Payment is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
