The Renter.email field holds the email for a Renter record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each Renter, and staff see and set it wherever Renter records are managed. Keeping email accurate matters because the Renter is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
