The RenterStatus enum marks whether a renter is currently a customer. An active renter has one or more current leases or recent activity at the facility; an archived renter has moved out of all units and is kept on file for history, balances, and any later auction or collections paperwork. Archiving keeps the active renter list clean without deleting the record.
