The StaffSession.token field holds the token for a StaffSession record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each StaffSession, and staff see and set it wherever StaffSession records are managed. Keeping token accurate matters because the StaffSession is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
