The UnitStatus enum tracks the live state of every storage unit. A vacant unit is empty and rentable; a rented unit has an active lease; a reserved unit is held for an incoming renter; an overlocked unit has been locked by the facility because the renter is delinquent; and an auction unit is scheduled for or going through lien sale. Staff use this status to see occupancy at a glance and to drive the move-in and delinquency workflows.
