The Unit.streetRateCents field holds the street rate amount in cents for a Unit record in Locker. It is a whole number stored on each Unit, and staff see and set it wherever Unit records are managed. Keeping streetRateCents accurate matters because the Unit is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
