The UnitType enum describes what kind of space a storage unit is so renters and staff can match a need to the right inventory. A drive_up unit is a standard roll-up door you can pull a vehicle to; a climate unit is temperature-controlled for sensitive goods; a parking space holds a car, boat, or RV; and a locker is a small enclosed space for boxes and light storage. The type is also recorded on waitlist requests.
