The User.lastLoginAt field holds the last login at for a User record in Locker. It is a date and time stored on each User, and staff see and set it wherever User records are managed. Keeping lastLoginAt accurate matters because the User is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
