The UserTenant.tenantId field holds the tenant reference for a UserTenant record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each UserTenant, and staff see and set it wherever UserTenant records are managed. Keeping tenantId accurate matters because the UserTenant is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
