The UserTenant.userId field holds the user reference for a UserTenant record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each UserTenant, and staff see and set it wherever UserTenant records are managed. Keeping userId accurate matters because the UserTenant is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
