The WaitStatus enum tracks a prospect on the unit waitlist. A waiting prospect is still hoping for the size or type they asked for; a converted prospect was offered a matching unit and signed a lease; and a closed prospect was removed because they are no longer interested or could not be reached. Staff use it to work the waitlist when units come free.
