Clearinghouse Operations

Clearinghouse Operations, at /admin/clearinghouse, is the super-admin hub for the system that routes events between Skarn products. The clearinghouse keeps a registry of producer-to-consumer event mappings, raises escalations when a match needs a human decision, runs replay jobs to re-deliver historical events, pins registry snapshots, and maintains migration bridges for cross-product cutovers. This page itself is a plain navigation hub with two links: SLA (/admin/clearinghouse/sla), described as "Latency, error rate, throughput, and audit drain backlog", and Migration Bridges (/admin/clearinghouse/migration-bridges), described as "Expiry status of all migration_bridge subscriptions". From here operators reach the health metrics and the bridge inventory that together keep cross-product event delivery honest.
