A FoundingMember records that a specific tenantId joined a particular founding member program, referenced by programId. It captures the promoCode the tenant used and the joinedAt timestamp marking when they enrolled. The program relation links the record back to its FoundingMemberProgram, so the platform can count members against the program's cap and recognize founding tenants for any early-access benefits the program confers. Each founding member is therefore one seat filled within a capped, time-bound cohort.
