A TenantStorageRollup keeps one up-to-date storage total per workspace so the platform doesn't have to recompute it on demand. It records objectBytes for file/object storage and both a dbBytesEstimate and a precise dbBytesExact for database usage. The updatedAt timestamp shows when the rollup was last refreshed. Two notification markers, lastNotifiedR2Status and lastNotifiedDbStatus, remember the last storage-threshold warning sent for object and database use, so tenants near their limits get alerted without being spammed.
