Tracks the animal's journey through the sale:
Received — checked in at intake (the starting state).
Lotted — assigned to a lot and ready for the ring.
Sold — sold through the ring.
No Sale — went through the ring but didn't sell (under reserve or no bids).
Withdrawn — pulled from the sale before selling.
Dead — died at the yard.
Status mostly advances on its own as you lot, sell, or pull animals, so you rarely set it by hand. It tells everyone at a glance what's happened to each head.
