dealerLicenseExpires is the expiration date of the buyer's dealer license. Tally flags the buyer when this date has passed so your office doesn't let an expired-license dealer keep buying without a renewal on file.
An expired dealer license is flagged so staff can catch it. Update the date when the buyer renews to clear the warning.
