paymentTerms sets when the buyer is expected to pay. The choices are:
CASH_AT_PICKUP — payment is due before livestock leaves the yard
NET_7 — due within 7 days
NET_15 — due within 15 days
NET_30 — due within 30 days
These terms drive the invoice due date. The default for a new buyer is CASH_AT_PICKUP.
