The buyer portal is your self-service view of the barn. You only ever see your own purchases — Tally ties everything to your buyer account. Walk these steps to settle up and collect what you bought.

If a loadout ticket is still PENDING, the office hasn't authorized it yet — usually because an invoice balance is still open or your terms require payment first. Clear the balance and it moves to AUTHORIZED.

How it works

  1. Sign in

Open the buyer portal and sign in with your Skarn Suite account. Tally creates a PortalSession with the Buyer role tied to your buyer record, so the rest of the portal already knows who you are.

  2. View your invoices

The Invoices page lists every Invoice raised against you, each with its invoiceNumber, totalDue, current balanceDue, and status (ISSUED, PARTIAL, PAID). What still owes money is what to clear before pickup.

  3. Open an invoice for the detail

Tap an invoice to see how it's built: the subtotal of the lots you won, plus buyerFeesAmount and taxAmount, and the full InvoicePayment history showing what's been received and when. This is where a charge gets explained line by line.

  4. Check your loadout tickets

The Loadouts page shows each LoadoutTicket with its ticketNumber, status, and pickupPenCodes — the pens to collect your animals from. A ticket only lets you load once it's been authorized by the office.

  5. Pick up

When your ticket is AUTHORIZED, bring it to the alley. The gate crew confirms the load and gates you out, moving the ticket to COMPLETE. That's your proof the animals left against an authorized ticket.

  6. Review your purchase history

The Purchases page is your running record of every SaleTransaction tied to your account across sales — what you bought, at what price, and on which sale day.
