How the seller wants to receive their money when a sale settles. The choices cover the usual ways a barn pays out:

  • Check — a mailed or picked-up paper check (the default).

  • ACH — direct deposit to their bank account (needs banking details on file).

  • Wire — a bank wire transfer.

  • Cash — paid in cash at the office.

  • Card — paid to a card.

  • Applied Credit — held as credit against their running balance instead of paid out.

  • Hold at Office — payment held for the seller to collect in person.

If you choose ACH, fill in their routing details too so the deposit can go through.
