The portal is read-only for the consignor — it reflects what the barn recorded. Corrections still go through office staff, which keeps one source of truth.
How it works
Sign in
The consignor authenticates through Suite SSO and lands on their portal home, scoped to just their records.
View consignments
They see every consignment they've delivered with its live status — Expected, Received, In Pen, Lotted, or Sold.
Open a consignment
Expanding a consignment lists its animals and each animal's status as it moves through the sale.
Check settlements
After the sale closes they see their settlement — gross less commission and fees — and whether it's drafted, approved, or paid.
Download tax forms
Year-end tax summaries are generated from settlements and available to download.
