Controls whether the barn will take livestock from this seller:
Active — normal; can consign to any sale (the default).
Inactive — kept on file but not currently selling (e.g. a seller who's gone quiet).
Banned — blocked from bringing in any new consignments.
History and past settlements stay intact regardless of status; this only governs whether new consignments can be created.
Setting a consignor to Banned will stop new consignments from being created for them. Use it deliberately, with a note explaining why.
