Pick the fee schedule that should govern commission, yard fees, checkoffs, and the rest for this sale. The moment the sale is created, Tally takes a frozen copy of that schedule's rates and attaches it to the sale.
The snapshot is what settlements actually use — so editing the underlying fee schedule later does NOT change a sale that already locked it in. This protects past sales from rate changes. To use new rates, apply them to future sales.
