The per-head insurance charge deducted from the consignor's proceeds.

The insurance fee covers mortality or liability coverage on animals while they're in the barn's care. Like the other livestock fees, it's a per-head rate from the sale's fee schedule applied to the head count, and it's deducted from the gross on the way to net payable.
