It holds a Boolean value and is part of the academic term record's data. The isCurrent field belongs to the academic term it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set isCurrent while working with that AcademicTerm record. Because isCurrent is part of the AcademicTerm record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the academic term.
