The bodyId field belongs to the accreditation timeline it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set bodyId while working with that AccreditationTimeline record. Because bodyId is part of the AccreditationTimeline record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the accreditation timeline.
