The AccreditationTimeline record (AccreditationTimeline) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each AccreditationTimeline row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, bodyId, programId, cycleStart, cycleEnd, nextVisitDate, lastVisitDate, status, notes. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a accreditation timeline as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every AccreditationTimeline row carries a tenantId, one institution's accreditation timeline data is never visible to another.
