deadline (ActionPlan.deadline) is a field stored on each action plan record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a DateTime value and is part of the action plan record's data. The deadline field belongs to the action plan it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set deadline while working with that ActionPlan record. Because deadline is part of the ActionPlan record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the action plan.
