The ActionPlan record (ActionPlan) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each ActionPlan row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, loopId, title, description, expectedImpact, responsibleId, deadline, createdAt, updatedAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a action plan as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every ActionPlan row carries a tenantId, one institution's action plan data is never visible to another.
