The AdjunctCandidate record (AdjunctCandidate) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each AdjunctCandidate row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, firstName, lastName, email, phone, qualifications, coursesQualified, maxLoad, availableTerms. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a adjunct candidate as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every AdjunctCandidate row carries a tenantId, one institution's adjunct candidate data is never visible to another.
