The AnnualPlanReview record (AnnualPlanReview) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each AnnualPlanReview row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, planId, academicYear, progressNotes, achievements, adjustments, reviewedBy, reviewedAt, createdAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a annual plan review as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every AnnualPlanReview row carries a tenantId, one institution's annual plan review data is never visible to another.
