It holds a String value and is part of the annual plan review record's data. The progressNotes field belongs to the annual plan review it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set progressNotes while working with that AnnualPlanReview record. Because progressNotes is part of the AnnualPlanReview record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the annual plan review.
