The completedAt field belongs to the annual review it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set completedAt while working with that AnnualReview record. Because completedAt is part of the AnnualReview record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the annual review.
