The AnnualReview record (AnnualReview) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each AnnualReview row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, cycleId, facultyId, departmentId, status, submittedAt, completedAt, createdAt, updatedAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a annual review as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every AnnualReview row carries a tenantId, one institution's annual review data is never visible to another.
