Approval step — allow conditional

allow conditional (ApprovalStep.allowConditional) is a field stored on each approval step record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Boolean value and is part of the approval step record's data. The allowConditional field belongs to the approval step it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set allowConditional while working with that ApprovalStep record. Because allowConditional is part of the ApprovalStep record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the approval step.
