Assessment plan — cycle id

cycle id (AssessmentPlan.cycleId) is a field stored on each assessment plan record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String value and is part of the assessment plan record's data. The cycleId field belongs to the assessment plan it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set cycleId while working with that AssessmentPlan record. Because cycleId is part of the AssessmentPlan record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the assessment plan.
