The AssessmentPlan record (AssessmentPlan) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each AssessmentPlan row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, cycleId, academicYear, yearInCycle, status, notes, createdAt, updatedAt, tenant. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a assessment plan as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every AssessmentPlan row carries a tenantId, one institution's assessment plan data is never visible to another.
