Budget category — node id

node id (BudgetCategory.nodeId) is a field stored on each budget category record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String value and is part of the budget category record's data. The nodeId field belongs to the budget category it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set nodeId while working with that BudgetCategory record. Because nodeId is part of the BudgetCategory record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the budget category.
