It holds a String value and is part of the budget category record's data. The tenantId field belongs to the budget category it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that BudgetCategory record. Because tenantId is part of the BudgetCategory record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the budget category.
