Budget node — fiscal year

fiscal year (BudgetNode.fiscalYear) is a field stored on each budget node record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Int value and is part of the budget node record's data. The fiscalYear field belongs to the budget node it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set fiscalYear while working with that BudgetNode record. Because fiscalYear is part of the BudgetNode record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the budget node.
